SPAGHETTI WITH FLOWERS OF PUMPKIN

Ingredients for 4 people:
350 gr. of spaghetti
20  zucchini flowers  
50 gr. di butter  
3 tablespoons of olive oil  
2 eggs  
100 gr. grated parmesan, salt, pepper

Execution:

Wash the zucchini flowers and cut into stripes. Melt the butter in a frying pan with oil, add the zucchini flowers, salt and pepper. Stir well and after a few minutes remove from heat. Beat the eggs, mix with the Parmesan and a little bit of salt. Cook the pasta and, after having drained it, pour into the pan with the zucchini flowers, add the eggs and stir on the fire. Serve it hot
