ORECCHIETTE WITH sauce meatballs
Ingredients for 4 people:
1/2 kilo of large home-made orecchiette. Meatballs: 200 gr. ground Veal, 200 gr. ground pork, milk, 1 egg, salt, milk and bread crumb. Sauce: 1/2 kilo of tomato pulp, 1/2 glass of white wine, 1 onion, salt and olive oil
Execution:
Prepare balls mixing all ingredients. In a pot pour oil, sliced onion and when it becomes blonde, put meatballs turning with great caution. Sprinkle with wine till creating a sauce.
When the meatballs are brown, add tomatoes, salt and cook until the sauce to make a bit dense. Cook the orecchiette in salted water, drain and season the sauce with the meatballs, Spread with grated Parmesan and serve on the table
