  • ORECCHIETTE (little ears) WITH turnip tops

    Ingredients for 4 people:

    400 g orecchiette, 400 g of turnip tops, garlic cloves, chopped anchovy fillets, extravergin olive oil and salt



    Execution:

    Boil in salted water the orecchiette. After a few minutes throwing together the orecchiette with turnip tops (which are faster in cooking).
    While cooking, dissolve pieces of anchovy with garlic in abundant oil being careful not to make it dark.

    Drain the orecchiette in a bowl and season with oil with anchovies
