  • CAVATELLI WITH PECORINO CHEESE AND ROCKET

    Ingredients: dose for 4 people:

    Ingredients for 2 people
    cavatelli, 180 gr. green onion, 1 garlic slice, 1 celery, 60 gr., extra vergin olive oil, rocket, 140 gr. tomatoes, 2 small anchovy fillets in oil 2 pecorino chees, 40 gr. chilly pepper, salt, pepper

    Execution:

    Chop up the green onion and rocket into thin pieces. Bring them to the temperature of the oil. Add the green onion. Add salt and brown for about 10 min.
