CAVATELLI WITH PECORINO CHEESE AND ROCKET
Ingredients:
dose for 4
people:
Ingredients for 2 people
cavatelli, 180 gr. green onion, 1 garlic slice, 1 celery, 60 gr.,
extra vergin olive oil, rocket, 140 gr. tomatoes, 2 small
anchovy fillets in oil 2 pecorino chees, 40 gr. chilly pepper,
salt, pepper
Execution:
Chop up the green onion and rocket into thin pieces. Bring them to
the temperature of the oil. Add the green onion. Add salt and
brown for about 10 min. Take another pot and heat a little bit
of oil. Unite l`aglio e fatelo imbiondire. Add the garlic and
brown it. Chop up tomatoes into strips. Add them to fry lightly.
