BARES CAVATELLI WITH MUSHROOMS AND SAUSAGE
Ingredients for 4 people:
350 g of cavatelli from Bari “La Pasta Mediterranea "
350 g of sausage,
1 onion,
20 g dried porcini mushrooms,
santoreggia,
grated parmesan,
oil
salt and pepper.
Execution:
Preparation: Once you have softened the mushrooms in hot water then wash, squeeze, chop up and filter the water that you have to hold apart. Meanwhile wilt the onion slices to the veil in the oil for 10 minutes and brown the sausage in it.
Add the washed and chopped up santoreggia with wet mushroom with their water, salt, pepper and let thicken.
Meanwhile cook Baresi Cavatelli al dente, drain them and put them into sauce
